I'm preparing for a marathon and I'd like to hear what is the best

way to train myself and my legs for endurance? What would you recommend?

I want to say right away that this is a good idea and I wish you success. Running a marathon to the end is already a great achievement to be proud of. You can pump your legs using a special simulator, you can read more @ . On this site there is a large material dedicated to the simulator thanks to which you will quickly pump endurance in your legs.
